Ningbo Donly Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and was listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2007. It is the first A-share listed company in China's gear industry. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national champion demonstration enterprise, a national green factory, and one of the top 50 taxpayers in the manufacturing industry in Ningbo. It has won the Quality Award of the Ningbo Municipal People's Government and has a national postdoctoral research workstation.
